I completed a total of 45 days on my 2014 Raw food journey. I have plans to do a 7-day raw food feast each month of this year. My goal is to be able to incorporate an increasing number of raw fruits and veggies into my daily dietary routine. For now, I am eating greater than 80% vegan meals. I have had a couple slices of pizza and made baked chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus for this evenings meal. I still have my fruit smoothies and green smoothies and most of the time I begin my day with a banana and some filtered water. Eating healthy is on my mind and I want it to get stronger and become a more influential part of my life.
