The Bakingmadgymaddict inspiration #1 for clean and healthy eating

Turkey Stir Fry with Mango chunks
Today is day #58 in my Healthy Lifestyles and healthy meals journey of 2015. The picture to the right is a shot of my lunch for the day. I actually fixed two plates of this and hubby joined me for the meal. The drink is made with orange juice, blueberries, and banana. The stir fry was made with kale, cilantro, fresh dill, the juice from half a lemon and half a lime, and turkey from another meal. I also had some rice left overs and added that into the stir fry as well. We had a very ripe mango so I cut it up and placed it on the side. Who would have ever thought that mango could taste so good with a turkey stir fry meal.

I began this journey to give myself a focus while developing new health and fitness habits. I have watched countless amounts of you tube videos and have learned how the habits of others can be applied to my goals. Some of my favorite You Tubers are Lozza who has a channel called the BakingMadGymAddict. She is so entertaining and her videos are very clear and well produced. I believe I have watched most of her videos and I get a text message whenever she uploads a new vid. I have several favorites on her channel but my top three are as follows: 3rd place is the vertical roasted chicken video, She also talks about a great spice that has no additives and is flavor packed. In 2nd place I like the video about Protein Powder Recipes. She uses Tao Nutritionals protein powder. I like the recipes she demonstrates so much that I purchased both flavors (trial packs). The company is small but they represent their product very well. The customer service was AWESOME and the follow up is GREAT! In 1st place is Lozza's ultimate guide to food prep video. This was the very first video I ever watched on the BakingMadGymAddicts channel. The first thing that caught my eye was the picture of all her meals prepared and laying out on a table. I hadn't heard of food prep like this prior to her video. The most interesting part of the video was learning about the Barramundi fish. I don't think I can find this type of fish in my area or maybe it is only available at certain times of the year. This fish has been added to my list of fish to try (its a short list including Mahi-mahi and fresh tuna). The BakingMadGymAddict also has a website! I can't wait to try her Meaty Quail Egg recipe!

I have found so much inspiration on the social networks and it really makes my journey more interesting every day. The photo to the left here is my dinner from day #56. It was brown rice, ground beef, baby greens, and cucumbers. What you can't see in this photo is a slice of soft rye toast on the bottom. I also drank a NO-calorie sparkling water.

The Baking Mad Gym Addict is a great inspiration to me during my Healthy Lifestyles and healthy meals journey. Lozza demonstrates easy ways to prepare great meals with endless variations. Every video I watch from her production leaves me with the idea that she is a wonderful human being, doing what she loves to do then taking the time to share it with the world!

Do yourself a favor and stop by her you tube channel and her website!
