Today is day number two of my journey. I started with an Oatmeal & cinnamon meal roughly 30 minutes after waking up. I also had some medjool dates and black berries in it. The flavors were wonderful and sweet but not too sweet. For lunch I ate a large apple (pink lady) and had some water. My dinner was a medium salad with bacon bits, croutons, romaine & spinach. The salad dressing was my very own home made variety. It has tahini sauce, apple cider vinagar, extra virgin olive oil, a small tomato, fresh lemon jice, and 2-cloves of garlic.
