| Fresh Pineapple & Coconut |
I was looking through some of my pictures and remembered how sweet this pineapple coconut treat tasted. I want some fresh pineapple now. Sometimes, it's hard to find good pineapple because you are not always guaranteed that it will be good tasting until you have already purchased it and sliced it open. That doesn't stop me from taking my chances. Next time I am in my favorite fresh fruit and veggie market, I will do just that.
